CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the anterior pituitary gland to release natural growth hormone (GH), thereby increasing insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels.
This mechanism supports various physiological processes, including enhanced lean muscle mass, reduced body fat, improved recovery from exercise, and more restorative sleep.
Users often report increased energy, vitality, and better body composition over time, particularly when combined with proper nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits.
The peptide has also shown potential in supporting tissue repair, joint health, and even fertility in animal models by promoting ovulation through increased IGF-1 and GH levels.

The addition of DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) to CJC-1295 significantly extends its half-life from approximately 30 minutes (for the non-DAC version) to about 6–8 days.
This is achieved by the DAC component binding to serum albumin, which protects the peptide from enzymatic degradation and allows it to remain active in the bloodstream for a prolonged period.
As a result, CJC-1295 with DAC enables less frequent dosing—typically once per week—while maintaining a sustained elevation in GH and IGF-1 levels, creating a more consistent anabolic environment compared to the short-lived spikes seen with the non-DAC version.
This extended activity makes it more convenient for long-term use in wellness, anti-aging, and performance enhancement protocols
